Terms & Conditions

- Our standard turnaround time is 7-14 days, however this can be changed depending on numerous factors such as delivery delays, demand etc.

- Standard postage options are available at £9.99 and will be discussed at the point of sale. Any damage caused to equipment during the posting process is the responsibility of the courier.

- It’s your sole responsibility to appropriately package your equipment and send you putter(s) to us.

- In the extremely rare event that damage is caused to equipment whilst in our possession it is our responsibility, and will be replaced like for like – brand new putters will not be supplied.

- Work can only commence upon receipt of payment unless paid for in advance, this includes any added works after the order form(s) have been received.

- Evidence of putter condition will be collected upon arrival, with any defects will be reported before work commences.

- Decals/Badges/Weights will not be replaced if missing on arrival.

- Paint colour(s) on letters, graphics, logos, etc., must be chosen and confirmed by email before work commences.
