6.You can return any item for an exchange or refund, within 30 days of receiving your original order. There's no need to let us know you're returning something, just send a covering letter along with your order number & personal details inside your parcel and send back to us.
6.1Refunds
If you want a refund, just note 'refund' in the covering letter. We'll refund the price you paid for your item, including sale items back to your original payment method within 48 hours of receipt.
7.Exchanges
If you want an exchange you will need to send an email (with your personal details and order number/still put covering letter in with return) with what you would like as the replacement. We will then get this shipped directly to you.
How to return an order to Alternative Golf UK
For UK customers, Send your parcel back to us via Royal Mail, keep proof of postage and we will refund postage costs.
Original Condition
With all returns, please return your items in the condition in which you received them.
Return Received Email
As soon we receive your parcel, we'll send a Return Received Email. You now know that your exchange is processing or your refund will be done within 48 hours.
Faulty Goods
If a purchase is found to be faulty during its use, this can be returned to Scottsdale Golf to begin a claim under warranty. The goods will be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. The customer will be kept up to date throughout this process. When the manufacturer reaches a conclusion concerning the warranty claim, the customer will be notified of the outcome, either (1) item credited for refund/replacement/exchange or (2) warranty claim refused due to fair wear.
Custom Fit & Personalised
Please note that custom fit and personalised orders can only be returned for replacement/repair/refund if they are faulty or miss-described.
